Our clothing is a combination of ready to ship items and made to order items. Current turn around time is 2-3 weeks.
Delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48, the postage cost is a flat rate of £2.95.
We are sure you will be thrilled with your new item of clothing, but if for any reason you have a problem please email us on louise@genkikids.co.uk . Unless faulty, items can only be refunded if returned in a clean, unworn condition with tags still attached.
